Do you make backups?
Backups are usually set up on the hosting side — I make sure they exist and actually work. Extended backups and quick rollback are part of custom work.
Do I need a long-term contract?
No. “Standard” is month-to-month, with no long-term commitment. You can also work with me on a one-off, hourly basis.
You didn’t build my site — will you still support it?
Yes. First a short audit, then I suggest a maintenance format.
What about access to the website?
I’ll need access to the admin panel and hosting. I can work under an NDA if required.
